Paul Stitik

I began my career in real estate in 2005 at the age of 25. I have always had passion for real estate and finance. During my career I have gone through the highs and the lows of the real estate market giving me a depth of experience that few in this industry have. In 2013 I launched my own real estate company which quickly grew to 42 agents and served Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In 2015 I earned the American Institute of Real Estate “10 Best” award along with the Delaware Today “Five Star Professional Award”. In 2017 I sold my realty company to pursue an opportunity to run an office in Key West, FL. After the arrival of our daughter, my wife and I decided to return to Delaware to be closer to family.  Upon returning I decided it was time to transition into the financial side of real estate and I am proud to be affiliated with Pike Creek Mortgage Services, Inc. as a mortgage consultant.  In addition to real estate services, I build custom homes.
